Chorus by ZoomInfo is used in my organisation as a note taker who joins prospect meetings. I find it super useful as often when engaged in conversation it is hard to make notes and remember everything discussed. The tool at the end of the meeting which provides a meeting recap and overview is so great and assists me with adding notes into our CRM
  • Meeting notes
  • Analytics
  • Actionable items
  • It would be great if we could have the icon hidden during meetings
  • Making notes more conversational rather than dot points
  • When sharing meeting with colleagues who aren't users it would be good if they could see analytics too
As long as the prospect we are meeting with agrees to have Chorus present in the meeting I find it very well suited. It has meant that the time I spend after the meetings adding details into our CRM has been significantly reduced due to the ability to add the notes in

Chorus by Zoominfo gives a 10-point breakdown of every conversation that is easy for the sales team to review! The AI email breakdown after calls is my favorite feature. I copy and paste it every time and put it in the notes tab on HubSpot to refer to. It's also nice that it automatically adds to customer calls, and I don't have to remember to turn on the recording.
  • AI conversation breakdown in ten sentences
  • Easy to create snippets of conversations to send to colleagues
  • Automatically add to zoom call
  • Sometimes hard to search for old calls in Chorus by ZoomInfo
  • Volume of this call is being recorded when someone joins the zoom call is loud
I appreciate having the AI conversation breakdown of Chorus by Zoominfo because Zoom's transcript recording doesn't do that. Chorus by ZoomInfo is nicer to share a recording of with colleagues and easier to snippet and share a few minutes from the call. However, I sometimes don't like the search functionality in Chorus by ZoomInfo.

As the manager of curation, I review calls with customers from our sales, partnerships, and customer success teams in order to gain customer and industry insights for product development and department roadmapping.
  • Call summaries
  • Using the call summary/transcript to identify key points
  • Identifying the owner of each call
  • User interface
  • Searching for calls with specific people
  • Searching for calls by department
Chorus by ZoomInfo call summaries are incredibly useful for sharing key insights from customer calls more broadly across teams.

Chorus records and transcribes our sales calls, and pulls out pertinent information we can use to propel the potential customers through the sales process. The program is able to draw out nuggets of information for us to use in our subsequent outreach. We can create snippets of conversations to send to prospects, so they remember important parts of the conversations. We are also able to listen to each other's calls for training purposes.
  • Training: We are able to listen to team member's meetings to learn from a good sales call, and/or to offer helpful advice for future calls.
  • Creating smaller snippets: We can create snippets of the calls to send in follow up emails to the meeting attendees.
  • Analytics: analyses of meetings are helpful for our management team. They're able to determine how often each person was talking about which topics, etc. It's helpful during their one-on-one meetings
  • AI tool: their transcription AI tool has improved, but could be better. It isn't always as accurate as it could be.
  • Comes in late: We would like Chorus to come to the conversation as we first arrive at the online meeting. Meetings will often start early as soon as a guest come son the call. However, Chorus will turn on a couple minutes after the meeting is set to begin. Their 'the meeting is being recorded' announcement then interrupts our call. We've asked about this several times, but Chorus is unable to have Chorus come on before the meeting time.
  • Team members can easily disconnect calendars: while this feature is good in most circumstances, our team doesn't always turn it back on. Their concern is 'big brother' watching their calls. We are unable to stop them from toggling the program on and off.
Chorus is able to extract certain keywords and phrases from conversations. These phrases make it easier to succinctly personalize our following outreach to the individual attendees. The platform is also able to utilize these to analyze our calls. We are able to see how often we were talking or showing the presentation. How many open ended questions were asked and when? Were we able to set up next steps, and what are they? This is all very helpful. We have also noticed an improvement in the extraction of these analytics over the two years we've been using the platform.

We used Chorus mainly for 2 functions: Call coaching on the sales side and product feedback from sales convos to our product team.
  • Call clipping makes it easy share snippets from calls across the sales team or to other teams
  • Easy distribution of recorded calls for enablement purposes
  • Feels like Chorus at times will inconsistently join calls
  • At times can inconsistency record calls as well
I think its very useful for simple call coaching. Both for the AE to go back and re-listen to a call, take notes on both the convo as well as things they could have done better, as well as Manager to AE coaching on an ongoing basis. It's also been really solid at product feedback clips, sharing with the product org clips of relevant product feedback so that they can dig in at a later date with that prospect/customer.

  • LOVE THE AI CALL SUMMAY FEATURE!
  • Connects seamlessly with Zoom

Chorus helps me to break down the large number of calls my team makes into usable portions so that I can focus on giving the best constructive feedback to help my team succeed. I enjoy viewing the transcripts to help locate keywords or phrases during meetings. Chorus also provides meaningful analytics to determine the team's effectiveness.
  • Filtering
  • Transcibing
  • Searching
  • Initial setup
  • In depth reporting
  • Comparisons
Chorus is suited well for sales teams who want to record a large list of calls and filter them by specific accounts or key phrases. It is also very useful at gaining basic analytics at a glance.

Chorus is less suited for teams that would like to have the calls broken down for them and compared between individual contributors.

We use Chorus to record discovery calls and demonstrations. The tool has many useful features such as sharing, annotating, and summarizing the meeting with the next steps.
  • highlighted snippets weekly email
  • sharing the meeting
  • summarizing the highlights of the meeting
  • capturing the next steps
  • send via Slack
  • send via hyperlink
  • playback at various speeds
  • mark locations within the meeting
  • highlighted snippets weekly reminder emails
We would be lost without Chorus by ZoomInfo, the summary of the meeting including next steps always seem to be very accurate.

ZoomInfo's Chorus is a good basic tool for capturing meetings that offers some useful features for recording and transcribing conversations. While it has some benefits, there are some areas that could be improved, such as its user interface. The AI-powered transcription feature is particularly impressive, accurately transcribing conversations and making it easy to search for specific keywords or phrases later on. Additionally, Chorus allows users to highlight key moments from a meeting, making it easy to go back and review coaching moments. The UI navigation can be a bit confusing, and can take some time to get used to. Additionally, while Chorus provides decent data and analytics about meetings, it can be difficult to interpret the information and turn it into actionable insights. Overall, Chorus is definitely worth considering as a tool to capture and analyze meetings. Ultimately, we ended up switching to Gong for its more robust set of features.
  • The transcription is fairly accurate.
  • The recorder captures meetings without too many issues.
  • It's easy to share videos internally and externally.
  • The product UI could be more intuitive and user friendly
  • The data insights could be more actionable
  • It would help to have more user training available for frontline managers
Chorus is well-suited for sales meetings and internal team meetings. It’s a good tool for capturing and analyzing conversations with prospects, making it easier to identify key insights and trends that can help close deals faster. It’s not the best tool for analyzing conversational data insights.

Chorus.ai has been a great training tool for new hires at our company to review how to conduct client calls before they are put in front of the client. They are able to listen to potential roadblocks that may come up during client calls and hear examples of how people handle those situations.

  • Really good job at picking up on follow up questions
  • Chorus.ai does good segmenting out each speaker for review
  • I like how it will let you sent snipits and small sections of the call without having to review the whole thing
  • I think it does a good job and can't think of something I would change
We use Chorus.ai for tracking video and audio conference calls. It integrates with Zoom and Salesforce so it makes it easy to auto load. It is always there when I start my meeting. I also love how it will email a follow up email for quick review, that way you don't have to have your saved username and password, you just click the link and it takes you right to the correct call

  • Great recording quality
  • Records the entire meeting, not just audio. Shows screen sharing & chats that occured
  • Notifications
  • Better Transcripts - some of the words and paragraphs aren't captured correctly, and sometimes end up not making sense
  • Chorus.ai doesn't always automatically join the meetings I am expecting it to
  • I sometimes have difficulty accessing peer recordings
Chorus.ai is well suited for situations like discovery calls, technical scoping calls, or basically any meeting that should be recorded and accessed in the future. Chorus.ai is not well suited for customers or companies that are big on security and do not like being recorded - however, the option for them to opt-out of call recording at the beginning of the call is a nice feature.

  • Nice graphic showing who speaks when in a call
  • Snippet tool is good
  • Voice to Text is inferior to Microsoft Teams
  • Action/next step detection
  • Much unhelpful repetition of irrelevant text items from a call
  • Poor searching across calls -i.e. not able to search for in-call content across calls, meaning we have to rely on the call title being relevant, and then searching the in-call transcript (which is not reliable )
Useful if employees want to track or monitor staff closely - or for training new members of staff. Potentially good for situations where staff follow set scripts to communicate basic ideas & messages and where employers need to quickly check if staff have deviated from this script or not.

  • Best thing for me is that I know I will be able to watch everything again later, so I don't have to take notes all the time, and I can focus on what the customer is saying.
  • Sometimes the transcriptions are not much accurate, specially when the conversation happens to be with non-native english speakers.

Our whole sales department uses Chorus. It makes it easy to record meetings and demos and then share those recordings with clients and prospects. Chorus.ai is what you need to give really specific feedback to your sales team. Allowing them to see themselves on a call as an observer really takes the understanding to a new level. • The transcription of Indian dialect is better than some of the competitors
  • The time taken to analyze the call is much quicker than the competition
  • Affordable pricing
  • It drops off a live call at times. These bugs should be ironed out
  • It misattributes the call owner sometimes
  • Integration with calling software like Aircall, CallHippo, etc.
It's well suited if your requirement is to have a central repository of all prospect/customer-facing calls. It will also help you get better at your calls by analysing your talk/listen ratio, if your questions are engaging enough etc.

It might be less appropriate if you're looking for something that's easy to onboard and implement. Their team takes a good amount of time for integrations.

  • Chorus.ai provides a detailed, analyzed recording of your call that is associated with the opportunity in Salesforce, making it easy to organize within the sales cycle.
  • The transcription of the meeting that is searchable is such a time saver, it allows you to keyword search your call and get to the spot you need to hear immediately.
  • The sharing function allows you to not only share the call with coworkers and prospects but also to crop it how you want it, password protect it, be notified when someone views the recording, and more.
  • Sometimes, the speaker separation/transcription is not correct, but I would expect that with any transcription tool, and it's still easy for me to figure out what was said and by whom when I listen back to the recording.
  • I'd like the system to tag things like "engaging questions" "risks" during the call a little more accurately so that the analytics are as accurate as possible, but it's a very minor.
  • There are a lot of very helpful analytics in Chorus.ai that I never looked into - perhaps the user interface could be updated to suggest them to us or make them more intuitive to find.
Chorus.ai is very well suited for sales teams and external conversations with prospects or customers. It's really useful for capturing body language and verbal feedback to analyze, like when you're presenting a product and want to understand their opinion about it. It also comes in handy when there are large groups of people on the line, or when you are presenting a lot of complicated information, and don't want to miss a single thing in your note-taking.
